Game Awards 2025: lista completa de nominados, sorpresas y el juego que arrasó con 12 candidaturas

Las nominaciones para The Game Awards 2025 fueron anunciadas este lunes y dejaron un claro favorito: Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. El título de Sandfall Interactive encabeza la lista con 12 candidaturas, la cifra más alta registrada en los once años de historia del evento.

Entre sus principales reconocimientos, el juego competirá por el premio a Juego del Año, categoría en la que también figuran Death Stranding 2: On The Beach (Kojima Productions/Sony Interactive Entertainment), Donkey Kong Bananza (Nintendo), Hades II (Supergiant Games), Hollow Knight: Silksong (Team Cherry) y Kingdom Come: Deliverance II (Warhorse Studios/Deep Silver).

A pesar de que Fantasma de Yōtei no logró ingresar en la categoría principal, Sony Interactive Entertainment se posiciona como la editora más destacada del año con 19 nominaciones en total.

La ceremonia, nuevamente conducida por Geoff Keighley, se realizará en el Peacock Theatre de Los Ángeles el 11 de diciembre, de 17 a 20 h PT (20 a 23 h ET). El show incluirá estrenos mundiales, anuncios inéditos, presentaciones musicales y la participación de figuras de la serie Fallout de Amazon, que estrenará su segunda temporada el próximo mes.

Desde su lanzamiento en 2014, The Game Awards se transmite gratuitamente en plataformas como YouTube, Twitch, X y TikTok. La edición 2024 superó los 154 millones de visualizaciones en vivo y este año el evento también será emitido por Prime Video, gracias a una nueva alianza con Amazon.
